AviUtl標準のノイズ除去相当のフィルタを色差成分のみに適用するフィルタです。
輝度のチャンネルも参照しているので輝度のチャンネルと共通の輪郭部分は潰れにくくなっています。
A noise removal plugin working only on chroma component.However, luma component is referenced during noise analysis.
